29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3):When and where energized circuits existed, the employer failed to post and maintain proper warning signs, advise employees of the location, hazard involved and the proper protective measures to be taken: On or about May 16, 2023 and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure there were warning signs to provide warning to employees of the live power lines. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
