29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The forklift operator driver did not keep a clear view of the path of travel: a) Production Floor: On or about 05/15/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that forklift operators had a clear view of the path of travel while they were allowed to drive in the forward direction with the load obstructing their views.
