29 CFR 1926.451(e)(5)(i):Ramps and walkways 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall have guardrail systems which comply with subpart M of this part -- Fall Protection. a) At work site, 101 Searing Avenue Mineola NY - On or about May 8th, 2023 Employees were using a single scaffold plank to access the work platform. The plank was located over an excavation, exposing employee to falls of approximately 9 feet. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
