29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) On or about August 18, 2023, sanitation employees have not received training on hazardous energy control procedures for MR-12 Case Packers when engaging in covered activities. b) On or about August 17, 2023, sanitation employees have not received training on hazardous energy control procedures for the Denesters when engaging in covered activities. c) On or about August 17, 2023, sanitation employees have not received training on hazardous energy control procedures for the Omnia PX700 line 1 (left) when engaging in covered activities. d) On or about August 17, 2023, sanitation employees have not received training on hazardous energy control procedures for the Omnia PX700 line 2 (right) when engaging in covered activities. e) On or about August 17, 2023, sanitation employees have not received training on hazardous energy control procedures for packing lane infeed packing conveyor and trestle equipment when engaging in covered activities.
