29 CFR 1910.107(g)(3): Rags or waste impregnated with finishing material were not deposited in approved metal waste cans immediately after use. On or about April 28, 2023, and at times prior thereto, used rags, Tyvek suits and other impregnated debris from spray finishing were discarded into plastic waste cans, exposing employees to the hazard of a fire.
