29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: On or about April 11, 2023, the employer had portable fire extinguishers within their facility for employee use in the event of a fire. The company did not perform an annual maintenance check, which includes an internal examination, except extinguishers with stored pressure.
