29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks were driven up to employees standing in front of benches or other fixed objects: a) On or about April 4, 2023, powered industrial truck (yard dog) operators backed trailers through Door 38, through Bays 1-3 into Bay 4 where employees were performing work activities in front of a parked trailer while offloading material for the horizontal band saw.
