29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(4):Mid rails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members were not provided between the top rail of the stair rail system and the stairway steps: a) Jobsite located at 3314 Fairmount Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19104 - On or about April 4, 2023 the employer did not ensure mid-rails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members were provided between the top rail of the stair rail system and the stairway steps, thus exposing employees to fall hazards to 10 feet.
