29 CFR 1910.140(c)(13)(i):(i) The employer did not ensure personal fall protection system anchor points were capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) for each employee attached: (a)Fremar, LLC at 41065 270th Street, Dimock, SD 57331: On or about and at times prior to April 3, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while conducting grain handling operations on grain bins and connected catwalk structures by ensuring anchor points for personal fall protective systems were capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds for each employee attached. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than four feet.
