29 CFR 1910.119(o)(4): The employer did not promptly determine and document an appropriate response to each of the findings of the compliance audit, and document that deficiencies have been corrected: Sofo Foods of Ohio, LLC - Toledo, Ohio: On or about March 29, 2023, the employer did not ensure that a documented response to each finding and recommendation from the 2020 internal compliance audit were documented with appropriate response and corrective action. Multiple findings were not timely responded to, including but not limited to items related to P&ID accuracy, relief header calculations, material and energy balance, normal operating procedures for EC-2, and preventative maintenance task frequency documentation.
