29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: At the worksite located at 4020 Winchester Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees are being exposed to possible eye injury hazards when employees are putting materials into the bed of the trailer and pulling the tarp over the materials. Protruding materials could break or bend and become a projectile hazards for employees' eyes who are not wearing any means of eye protection.
