29 CFR 1926.20(f)(2):The employer did not develop hazard specific training programs to train each affected employee in the manner required by the standard relating to hazard reduction techniques and related matters. Location: Worksite On or about March 21, 2023, two untrained employees were exposed to falls of over 10 feet while utilizing a ladder incorrectly to access the roof, and to then access a pump jack scaffold that was built by an employee who did not receive competent person scaffold training. Neither employee was trained on ladders, scaffolds, fall hazards, fall protection, or PPE, nor had received any other health and safety training from the employer. An employee fell from a height of over 10 feet down to lower level onto an unfinished framed deck.
