29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): a) Throughout the facility - On or about 3/09/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that powered industrial truck operators were provided with training and evaluation for safe operation of powered industrial trucks when employees were operating Hyundai forklift (25LC-7A) for loading/unloading the projects parts.
