29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1):Load(s) on powered industrial truck(s) were not stable or safely arranged: a) Facility located at 800 East Virginia Ave, West Chester, PA: The employer did not ensure the Mast of a Timberland ASD35 Derrick Crane was arranged onto the forks of a Hyster powered industrial truck, Model SSCRG360-960P to assure the Mast could not be inadvertently released during the loading operation, thus exposing employees to struck by hazards. This condition was noted on or about March 7, 2023
