29 CFR 1926.1204(e)(2): Atmospheric hazards were not continuously monitored and the employer did not demonstrate that the equipment for continuously monitoring was not commercially available. Periodic monitoring was not used during the course of entry operations either. a) Middle of Sage Way - Where Cinnamon Lane intersects into Sage Way, Mount Laurel NJ: On or about 03/02/23 and 03/03/23 company employees were exposed to hazardous atmospheres when entering into and working within Permit-Confined Spaces whose atmospheres were not continuously monitored. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILUE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
