29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition shall be removed from service. All repairs shall be made by authorized personnel. Shipping/Loading Area: On or about February 20, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when operating a GT-155 Taylor Forklift that had a hydraulic leak, and repairs were made by unauthorized personnel.
