On or about February 23, 2023 Thoughtful Craftsmen failed to establish an internal housekeeping procedure to ensure surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. a) On or about February 23, 2023 the RYOBI saw located in the regulated lead free main room was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. b) On or about February 23, 2023 the table located in the regulated lead free main room was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. c) On or about February 23, 2023 the sink located the regulated lead free main room of the warehouse was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. d) On or about February 23, 2023 the door handle leading to the multi employer break room was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. e) On or about February 23, 2023 the coffee maker and microwave located in the multi employer break room was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. f) On or about February 23, 2023 the table in the multi employer break room was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead.
