29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a. At the jobsite, located at 5180 113th Avenue North Clearwater, FL 33760; on or about 2/15/23, employees operating the EEMCO PUE Rubber Mill machine, were exposed to caught-in between and struck-by hazards created by the exposed cutting blades, used to cut polyurethane sheet strips against the bottom roll while rotating.
