29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge. The employer was failing to protect employee(s) from fall injuries. This was most frequently documented on or about February 15, 2023, at 3915 S. 210th Cir. Elkhorn, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employee(s) were not exposed to fall hazards in a stairway with 8 risers that did not have a stair rail along the unprotected side.
