29 CFR 1910.1018(m)(1): Clean change rooms equipped with storage facilities for street clothes and separate storage facilities for protective clothing and equipment, in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.141(e), were not provided for employees working in regulated areas or in areas subject to the possibility of skin or eye irritation from inorganic arsenic: (a) Production area: On or about October 28, 2022, employees working in regulated areas were not allowed to use the host employers change rooms. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with arsenic.
