29 CFR 1910.151(a): Medical personnel were not readily available for advice and consultation on matters of plant health: (a) Plating Area: On or about February 9, 2023 the employer did not ensure that emergency medical services, including those equipped with effective cyanide antidotes, were readily available in the event of an acute cyanide overexposure in the workplace. The employer uses several cyanide based plating solutions including copper cyanide and sodium cyanide.
