29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket, were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket, or were using planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: JOB SITE: McDonalds, 1111 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63138, on or about 02/07/2023 the employer did not ensure employees working in the JLG Telescopic Boom Lift (460SJ model / SN# 0300131175) were standing firmly on the floor of the basket. A worker was using the guard rails of the basket as a step inorder to reach higher areas of the roof.
