29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration: a) Northwest corner: On January 20, 2023, and times prior the creating and exposing employer Eagle Masonry & Stone, Inc., erected a frame scaffold for their employees and the employees of their sub-contractor to work from. The scaffold was up to 21-inches away from the face of the building with no safe access available. Note) Certification and documentation of corrective actions are required for this item.
