29 CFR 1926.151(c)(6): Portable fire extinguishers, rated not less than 2A, were not placed so that maximum travel distance to the nearest unit did not exceed 100 feet: a) 320 S Market Street Wilmington, De 19801, On or about January 20, 2023, employees were conducting framing operations where no portable fire extinguishers were made available within 100 feet, exposing employees to hazards including but not limited to burns and smoke inhalation.
