29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) On or about January 13 2023, at the jobsite located at 643 Washington St, Oconomowoc WI, employees were performing roofing work on the single story portion of a two story residential house with a pitch of 5:12 with a fall height of 9.8 feet without any fall protection in place and not utilizing fall protection correctly, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard. (b) On or about January 13 2023, at the jobsite located at 643 Washington St, Oconomowoc WI, an employee was performing roofing work on a single story residential garage with a pitch of 4:12 with a fall height of 7.2 feet without any fall protection in place, thereby exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
