29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about March 8, 2023, in the preparation hangar, employees were exposed to corrosive materials such as, but not limited to Acid Cleaner 12 which employees use to assist striping the paint off the plane. The shower did not function and the water from the eye wash was not suitable for use.
