29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a) New townhome construction located on Lot #4 at 513 Fiery Warbler St, McDonough, GA 30253, top plate. On or about 01/05/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10-feet, 9-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.
