29 CFR 1910.165(d)(1): Employee alarm systems were not maintained in operating condition: (a) 17755 West 32nd Avenue Golden, CO 80401: On or about January 23, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure repairs to the fire alarm system and the fire sprinkler system were made. Repairs have not been made to the fire system or fire sprinkler system since the deficiencies were noted and listed in reports provided to the employer for the fire sprinkler and alarm system test completed by a third party in September and October of 2021.
