29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: a) On or about December 30, 2022, at 2745 East Burdick Expressway, Minot, ND the employer failed to protect employees from chemical splash hazards to the face when cleaning up a spill that involved a mixture of multiple chemicals that had leaked from their original containers.
