29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(ii): Protective equipment was not maintained in a safe, reliable condition and/or was not periodically inspected or tested: a) Port of Wilmington, Berth-1 - 5 Crane C4, C5, C6, and C7 in Wilmington, DE 19801: On or about March 9, 2023, Employees used arc flash protective clothing when working on the switch gear for a ship to shore crane. The protective clothing had not been inspected and was expired according to the manufacturers specifications for service life, exposing employees to shock/electrocution hazards.
