29 CFR 1910.269(n)(3): Temporary protective grounds were not placed and arranged in such a manner that would prevent each employee from being exposed to hazardous differences in electric potential as required. On or about December 15, 2022, at the jobsite located on 11309 Lane St in Houston, TX (Pole# 26738), employees were replacing polymer insulators near several energized electrical power lines without proper temporary protective grounds to prevent the employees from being exposed to hazardous differences in electric potential.
