29 CFR 1910.177(f): The employer did not establish a safe operating procedure for servicing multi-piece rim wheels which contained, at a minimum, the elements listed in 29 CFR 1910.177(f)(1) through (11): a) On or about December 30, 2022, at the automotive repair shop, a safe operating procedure for servicing multi-piece rim wheels had not been established for employees inflating multi-piece rim tires, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
