29 CFR 1926.652(c)(2)(iii): Manufacturer's specifications, recommendations, and limitations, and manufacturer's approval to deviate from the specifications, recommendations, and limitations were not in written form at the jobsite during construction of the protective system: (a)17589 E Eastman Dr, Aurora CO 80013: On or about December 27, 2022, the tabulated data for the GME Hydraulic Vertical Shores were not present on the job site or made available to the Secretary of Labor's representative upon request. At the time of the inspection, two GME Hydraulic Vertical Shores were available for work to be conducted in a trench which measured approximately 43 feet long, 26 inches wide, and between 7.5-8.5 feet deep.
