29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked, or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: On or about December 21, 2022, in the back storeroom; boxed product had been piled up and was not stacked, blocked, interlocked, or limited in height so that it was stable, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard should they topple over. Family Dollar/Dollar Tree was previously cited for a repeated serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1592254, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3433 Olton Rd, Plainview, TX 79072.
