29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Road, Garden City, GA 31408 in Warehouse 2: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that the accumulation of wood dust in Warehouse 2 was not maintained.
