29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed: a) Jobsite located at or near 7123 Keystone St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about December 14, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were utilizing ladders to their designed purpose. Employees utilized a self-supporting ladder in the closed position to access an upper level, thereby exposing employees to slip and fall hazards.
