29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(xii): The employer did not inspect the operator cab windows for significant cracks, breaks, or other deficiencies that would hamper the operator's view. On or about 12/05/2022, on the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 at Broward Blvd., the employer failed to inspect a Clark Lima 1500C crane, in that the windows of the operator's cab were observed with cracks that impacted the view of the operator, thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
