29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(iv): Elevated platform(s), 4 feet or more from the floor level, were not provided with a standard railing: a) De-barker area: On or about December 7, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet, in that the employer did not have standard railings for part of the de-barker catwalk used for maintenance duties.
