29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) At Johnny's Masonry located at 100 Courthouse Square, Lyons, GA 30436: on or about December 7, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that proper gloves were not provided while working with chemicals during the performance of masonry work.
