29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): The employer did not ensure that each authorized employee received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. Dana Sealing Manufacturing, LLC dba Dana Inc. at 1201 East Victor Dana Road, Robinson, IL 62454. On or about 11-01-22, the employer did not ensure that each authorized employee received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control while servicing equipment such as, but not limited to the "BLACK" 597 Coater.
