29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(7): Additional exposure monitoring was not conducted when there was a change in production, process, control or personnel, or any other reason to suspect a change that may have resulted in new or additional exposure to lead: On or about October 31, 2022, the employer failed to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) exposure for each employee exposed to lead when a change in production and/or process resulted in an additional exposure to lead. An employee working as a charge crane operator in the melt shop near the electric arc furnace was determined to be exposed to 12.8 �g/m3 of lead as an 8-hour TWA.
