29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent fire hazards as demonstrated on or about October 27, 2022, at or near 780 Industrial Boulevard, Casselton, ND, where the employer-provided portable fire extinguishers, an extinguisher on the sales floor was blocked and not readily accessible. b) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent fire hazards as demonstrated on or about October 27, 2022, at or near 780 Industrial Boulevard, Casselton, ND, where the employer-provided portable fire extinguishers, an extinguisher in the storage room was not properly mounted and not readily accessible. Dolgencorp, LLC (DBA Dollar General Store) was previously cited for a repeat other than serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1263006, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 19055 US Highway 31, Vinemont, AL.
