29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system. a) At 5550 Airport Road, Milton, Florida: On or about October 21, 2022, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure employees performing roofing activities utilized company issued fall protection at all times exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet 5 inches to the concrete below.
