29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to this work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury: a) East of the Intersection of Beebe Road and Hood Road in Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971: On or about September 29, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that employees engaged in concrete construction activities were instructed to recognize hazards associated with working around heavy construction equipment exposing them to crushed by/caught in hazards while building elevator shafts and stairway towers. b) East of the Intersection of Beebe Road and Hood Road in Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971: On or about October 11, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that employees engaged in concrete construction activities were instructed to recognize hazards associated with working around heavy construction equipment exposing them to crushed by/caught in hazards while building elevator shafts and stairway towers.
