29 CFR 1910.146(g)(1): The employer did not provide training so that all employees whose work was regulated by 29 CFR 1910.146 (permit required confined spaces) acquired the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of the duties assigned under 29 CFR 1910.146: a. Carestream Health, Inc., 2000 Howard Smith Ave West, C-40 bldg. Windsor CO 80550: On October 5, 2022 the employer did not provide training to employees to establish knowledge and skills necessary for the safe performance in permit space operations. This condition exposed employees to hazards of entering a permit required confined space and delayed rescue in the event of an incident.
