29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about 10/04/2022, at 4700 Northwest 132 Street, Opa Locka, Florida, the employer allowed employees to use a table saw without a blade guard exposing employees to a laceration or amputation hazard.
