29 CFR 1926.151(c)(6):Portable fire extinguishing equipment, suitable for the fire hazard(s) involved, was not provided at convenient, conspicuously accessible locations in the yard area: a) Heritage Shores Development, Whistling Duck Drive near Wilson Farm Rd, Bridgeville, DE 19933 - North Side of Framed Structure: Employees were working with gasoline, diesel fuel, and other flammable liquids on site while they framed a wooden structure and it was confirmed that there was no fire extinguisher onsite as observed on or about 9/21/2022.
