29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(24):The side rails of through or sidestep fixed ladders did not extend 42 inches (1.1 m) above the top of the access level or landing platform served by the ladder: a) Naval Station Norfolk, Building A51, second floor and attic: On or around 9/21/22, and time prior thereto, employees / subcontractors were exposed to a fall of greater than 7 feet while using a stationary ladder which terminated prior to the top of the access level.
