29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. On or about September 6, 2022, with respect to an establishment located at 1400 Plover Road, Plover, WI 54467, palletizing employees performing service and maintenance tasks, such as unjamming pallet dispensers, had not been trained as Authorized employees under the employers hazardous energy control program.
