29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a- 29 Coliseum Drive, Eastampton NJ: On or about 09/03/22 a worker was exposed to fall hazards approximately 11 feet to the ground surface below when progressing down a ladder while carrying an unstable cardboard box containing tools and equipment. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
